Imagine you live in a far-fledged remote part of the country or anywhere in the world for that matter, and you have a dream to study or settle abroad. Now, you might have managed to get a solid foundation in the English language by means of your own hard work over the years. But, you might still lack confidence or want someone to guide you in cracking your language proficiency tests such as IELTS or TOEFL. Now there are two possibilities. One, you settle with a mediocre trainer or a training institute in your own area (which most people do). Second, you start looking for an expert by not allowing your geography to restrict your goals.
Remember, when you enrol yourself with any trainer or training institute, they should help you learn and unlearn many language patterns. If you keep learning new things without unlearning any past pattern, there is a chance that there is no significant improvement. In fact, this applies to all areas of life. Most errors are habitual patterns and often come to us as slips, which is okay if's occasional. But, if you have had the same error pattern for years, it’s not always easy to rectify them on your own. You will need expert help—someone who has attention to detail and is completely well-versed in all the aspects of a language, be it, morphology, syntax, grammar, phonology, phonetics, stylistics, diction and more.
